Slim in 6 Schedule | How Does It Work?

I am still getting some questions about the Slim in 6 schedule and so I wanted to touch on it again in hopes to answer your questions. If you haven’t read the Slim in 6 Download article there is a Slim in 6 schedule that you can print off. If for some reason you are unable to download it I’ve included the details below.

Daily Schedule

Days 1-6: Start it Up
Day 7: Rest
Days 8-13: Ramp it Up
Day 14: Rest
Days 15-20: Ramp it Up
Day 21: Rest
Days 22 – 27: Burn it Up
Day 28: Rest
Days 29 – 34: Burn it Up

Or you can break the Slim in 6 schedule into weeks instead of days

Another question that has been frequently asked is regarding the incorporation of the Slim & 6-Pack, Slim & Limber, and the Cardio Core! Express into the Slim in 6 schedule. (Note: These three workouts are included as a Bonus when Slim in 6 is purchased from the Official Slim in 6 Website).

There isn’t really direction on how to incorporate these three workouts in the Slim in 6 schedule, so I will tell you how I included them and you can decide for yourself how you want to incorporate them.

The Slim & Limber workout is a really good workout to do on your day of rest, mine being on Sunday. It is also really good when you are finding that you are particularly sore. It does a really good job at stretching out your muscles and helping elongate the muscles creating greater flexibility. I typically use this workout during the transition between the different workouts, Start it Up, Ramp it Up, and Burn it Up.

I found that I used the Cardio Core! Express workout when I was getting towards the end of the different workouts. My body was becoming conditioned to the workouts and I felt like I needed an extra boost to get a good workout or to spike my calorie burn (especially after I’ve deviated from the Slim in 6 Diet Plan and slightly indulged in a treat).

There wasn’t any rhyme or reason to when I used the Slim & 6-Pack workout. I have always wanted to have a six-pack, even if it’s just a slight visible outline of one, so I did the Slim & 6-Pack workout at least 2 or 3 times a week.

Please know that these three Slim in 6 bonus workouts are just that, bonuses. You can be as successful as Debbie guarantees without these extra workouts. It all depends on your condition, drive, and goal. I recommend doing the Slim & Limber above the rest because it is the most beneficial workout overall that will help in all of the other workouts.

I have written out the 6 Day Express Diet Plan from the Slim In 6 Meal Plan so you can get an idea of what to expect when you order Slim In 6. I didn’t have this when I purchased Slim In 6 so it is a treat for you to be able to take a look at it beforehand.

The Slim In 6 Meal Plan is pretty straight forward. The 6 Day Express Diet Plan is what you will be sticking to in order to lose the 6 pounds and 6 inches in 6 days guarantee that Debbie Siebers gives. The Slim In 6 Meal Plan below is a very good guideline with lots of different options that you can choose from. It’s easy to follow and easy to do! Take a look for yourself.

The Slim In 6 Meal Plan schedule is first. In the schedule you will see FRUIT ONE, FRUIT TWO, MEAT, FAT ONE, etc. The list of food that is in each of these categories is at the very bottom after the schedule.

SLIM IN 6 MEAL PLAN SCHEDULE

WAKE UP WATER 

Have an 8-12 oz. glass of plain water to hydrate you when you wake up and before you begin your AM workout.

AM WORKOUT (CARDIO)

Follow 20-60 minutes of easy to moderate intensity cardio before breakfast. Have breakfast within one hour of finishing your workout.

PRE-BREAKFAST WATER & SUPPLEMENTS

Have at least 1 8 oz. glass of water with 2 apple cider vinegar tablets after you complete your AM workout, any time prior to breakfast.

LUNCH

Eat lunch 1-2 hours after AM snack. Approximately 270 calories (14 grams carbohydrates, 23 grams protein, 16 grams fat).

Salad: 1 cup SALAD with ¼ cup SALAD INGREDIENT ONE and 1 cup SALAD INGREDIENT TWO, with 1 tablespoon balsamic vinaigrette (or equivalent dressing—no ranch, bleu cheese, etc). 4 oz MEAT (or MEAT SUBSTITUTE), grilled without oil.

POST-LUNCH WATER

Have at least 1 8 oz. glass of water any time after lunch.

PM WORKOUT

Cardio plus strength training. High-intensity 30-60 minute workout, preferably with both cardio and resistance work (weight training) at higher intensity than morning workout.

SLIM IN 6 MEAL PLAN OPTIONS

Do the PM workout 2-3 hours after you’ve eaten, and if you have another meal left in the day, eat again within one hour of finishing the PM workout. If you do this workout before bed, then make sure you have a glass of water after finishing. Without enough water, you risk getting dehydrated while sleeping, which is when you are recovering and getting stronger. Your evening cup of tea before bed may aid your ability to get to sleep easily after working out.

PRE-SNACK WATER

Have at least 1 8 oz. glass of water with (optional) lime or lemon added any time before PM snack.

PM SNACK

Eat PM snack 1-3 hours after lunch. Approximately 230 calories (26 grams carbohydrates, 21 grams protein, 4 grams fat).
